Low Intensity Class Warfare

A long battle, so insidious that barely anyone notices, wherein the upper class uses structural violence (policies and laws) to create an increasingly larger and more desperate under class against which the dwindling middle class must defend itself, while the upper class hides away in bunkers and on private islands.
